True ninja need only revenge if other people treat you wrong,call you cussing words,or for some other 3rd thing.Now if you meet other ninja in your domain you have the right to kill them.What is your domain you ask?You have a street to claim yours correct?Well,your street is your land...claim it now before other ninja do!Only one exception will be...if you have ninja on your street that live there.The ninja on your land will be assigned ranks and their own part of the land to have a little control.The ranks are:
A-good ninja with high skills
B-good ninja with poor skill,but with intelligence
C-bad ninja with high skills
S-bad ninja with no skills or anything
Then there are loners.They are just plain not ninja-you can leave them alone unless they do the stuff above.
